Select Kimley-Horn for Coral Reef Park recreational facility services

A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, related to the design build services and construction of a multi-purpose recreational facility at coral reef park; approving the selection of kimley-horn & associates, INC. To provide owner representative services, pursuant to request for proposal (RFP) no. 2023-12-006; authorizing the village manager to enter into an agreement and issue a purchase order in the amount of one hundred forty-eight thousand one hundred seventy-five dollars and zero cents ($148,175.00), and providing for an effective date.
