Increase WSP contract $173,800 for adaptation plan work

A resolution of the mayor and village council of village of palmetto bay, florida, relating to sustainability and resiliency; amending resolution no. 2023-39 by authorizing the village manager to increase the amount under contract with wsp USA environment & infrastructure, INC., (wsp) from one hundred and forty-seven thousand and five dollars ($147,005.00) to one hundred and seventy-three thousand eight hundred dollars ($173,800.00); to include the execution of an adaptation plan as an additional task to the scope of services pursuant to the florida department of environmental protection resilient florida programming planning grant awarded to the village in 2022; and providing an effective date .
