Negotiate with Fairchild Garden to restore native orchids in public spaces

A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, relating to environmental resiliency, directing the village manager to negotiate with fairchild tropical botanical garden for the purpose of establishing a new million orchid project to restore rare and endangered native orchids to palmetto bay schoolyards, roadways, parks, and other public spaces; to report the results of his negotiation to the village council at the next regular meeting; and providing for an effective date.
