An ordinance of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida; amending section 2-108 styled “tree board” of the village code; formalizing input from the tree advisory board (board) on tree-related matters; providing for village staff to meet with the board for advice prior to public notification of proposals; providing for the winning contractor to meet with the board for advice about trees in the proposal; providing for a regular board meeting once per month to assure timely advice; and, providing for codification, severability and an effective date.
