Authorize $78,126 contract for sub-basin 39 drainage improvement project design

A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, authorizing the village manager to enter into a contract with civil works, INC. To provide design, permitting and bidding support for the drainage improvement project at sub-basin no. 39 generally located south of sw 170th terrace, north of sw 173rd street, west of old cutler road, east of sw 77th avenue within the village of palmetto bay; further authorizing the village manager to issue a purchase order and approve expenditure of funds in an amount not to exceed seventy-eight thousand one hundred twenty-six dollars and zero cents ( $78,126); and providing for an effective date.
