Contract design and permitting for drainage improvements, $147,910

A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, authorizing the village manager to enter into a contract with calvin, giordano & associates, INC. To provide design, permitting and bidding support for the drainage improvement project at sub-basin no. 42 generally located south of sw 168th street, north of sw 171st sreet, west of 76th avenue, east of sw 77th avenue within the village of palmetto bay; further authorizing the village manager to issue a purchase order and approve expenditure of funds in an amount not to exceed one hundred forty-seven thousand nine hundred ten dollars and zero cents ($147,910.00); and providing for an effective date.
