An ordinance of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, relating to written public comments; amending section 2-49(e) of the village code by providing that the village clerk shall read aloud written public comments at council meetings for one (1) minute; continuing to make the entire written comment part of the record of the meeting; having the wrtten comment form indicate approval, denial or a neutral position by those submitting comments on the item; authorizing the village clerk to state only the names and addresses of those submitting comments in the event twenty or more comments have similar language regarding an item; providing for codification, severability and an effective date.
