A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, regarding the procurement of bus stop amenities and monument entrance signs as part of the village-wide branding implementation; authorizing the village manager to enter into a contract with rep services, INC., piggy-backing off a clay county, florida contract, for the purchase of bus stop amenities; authorizing the village manager to enter into a contract and installation agreement with gardner signs, LLC (d/b/a ferrin signs), for the fabrication, permitting, and installation of two (2) monument entrance signs; authorizing total expenditures in an amount not to exceed one hundred seventeen thousand, eight hundred thirty-four dollars and sixty cents ($117,834.60) plus applicable permit costs; and providing an effective date.
