A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, related to procurement; approving the selection of the unsolicited proposal by diadem sports, LLC. To provide pickleball management and operations services for an indoor pickleball facility within the village-owned vacant parcel (folio no. 33-5033-000-0862); providing the village council with the authority to select between two options presented in the proposal and authorizing the village manager to negotiate and enter into a contract in accordance with the selected option; and providing for an effective date.
