Approve $223,319 playground equipment purchase and installation

A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, regarding parks and recreation; authorizing the village manger to enter into a contract with game time c/o dominica recreation products, INC., piggy-backing off a clay county, florida contract RFP #23/24-074, for the purchase and installation of new playground equipment at coral reef park at a cost not to exceed two hundred twenty-three thousand, three hundred nineteen dollars and seventy-eight cents ($223,319.78); and providing an effective date.
