A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, related to procurement; approving the selection of star paving corporation to construct paving and drainage improvements for five (5) locations in the village, pursuant to invitation to BID (itb) no. 2024-11-014; authorizing the village manager to negotiate and enter into a contract and issue a purchase order in the amount of two hundred sixty-seven thousand four hundred seventy dollars and thirty-eight cents ($267,470.38); and providing for an effective date.
