Require three-day notice for service procurements up to $25,000

An ordinance of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, relating to procurement reporting and transparency; amending section 2-175 of the village code to require three-business-day notice to council for service procurements between $1,000 and $25,000; require an appendix of supporting documents in the manager’s monthly report; and require equal access to professional services procured for an individual councilmember; providing for codification, severability, and an effective date.
