Amend lease agreement for The Woods county property in Palmetto Bay

A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, regarding parks and recreation; authorizing the village manager to approve and execute a first amendment to the lease agreement with miami-dade county for county-owned property known as “the woods” and identified as folios no. 33-5033-000-0040 and no. 33-5033-000-0050, for the purpose of modifying the mandated timeframe for completion of all village requirements to a extended period ending october 31, 2026 and providing an effective date.
