Approve $117,459 contract with Dekora for asphalt walkway replacement

A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, related to procurement; approving the selection of dekora, LLC. To replace designated areas of asphalt walkways/trails within palmetto bay park and coral reef park, pursuant to invitation to BID (itb) no. 2025-12-010; authorizing the village manager to negotiate and enter into a contract and issue a purchase order in the amount of one hundred seventeen thousand four hundred fifty-eight dollars and seventy cents ($117,458.70); and providing for an effective date.
