Accept $1.435M Florida grant for water quality basin construction

A resolution of the mayor and village council of village of palmetto bay, florida, relating to grants; accepting a grant award from the florida department of environmental protection under the water quality improvement grant program in the amount of $1,435,500 to fund the construction of sub-basin 12 and sub-basin 42; authorizing the village manager to execute the grant agreement and other related documents on behalf of the village, and providing an effective date.
