Increase Coral Reef Recreation Center budget by $139,543

A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, regarding parks and recreation; amending resolution no. 2023-76 by increasing the authorized amount for the design-build cost of the coral reef recreation center an additional $139,543.16; from four million nine hundred ninety-four thousand seven hundred fifty-one dollars and eighty-six cents ($4,994,751.86) to five million one hundred thrity-four thousand two hundred ninety-five dollars and two cents ($5,134,295.02) to cover needed change orders to waypoint contracting, INC.; and providing an effective date.
