A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, related to procurement; amending resolution no. 2024-66, approving funding for design-build services and construction of an outdoor pickleball center on village-owned property; increasing the approved funding allocation from one million six hundred seventy-six thousand five hundred sixty-four dollars and eighty-two cents ($1,676,564.82), to an amount not to exceed three million three hundred twenty-four thousand five hundred twelve dollars and seventy-three cents ($3,324,512.73); further authorizing the village manager to negotiate and enter into a contract with waypoint contracting, INC. For the design-build services and construction of an indoor pickleball center; and providing for an effective date.
