Authorize $47,560 purchase of Toro mower for parks operations

A resolution of the mayor and village council of the village of palmetto bay, florida, relating to parks and recreation; authorizing the village manager to enter into contract with wescoturf for the purchase of one (1) toro groundsmaster 3500-d mower, model 30807 pursuant to state contract 101900-21-stc; and authorizing the village manager to approve expenditure of funds in an amount not to exceed forty-seven thousand five hundred sixty dollars and nineteen cents ($47,560.19) from the fiscal year 2023-2024 parks and recreation capital budget; and providing an effective date.
