Enter into circulator bus services agreement for $61

RESOLUTION NO. 2023-__ A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH LIMOUSINES OF SOUTH FLORIDA FOR CIRCULATOR BUS SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Village issued a Request for Proposals for Circulator Bus Services; and WHEREAS, the Village Manager received a proposal by the published deadline; and

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Village Manager is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Limousines of South Florida for Circulator Bus Services (Pinecrest People Mover) based on the company’s proposal dated March 30, 2023. As a result of the RFP, a proposal from Limousines of South Florida, Inc. was received by the March 30, 2023 deadline. The Proposed rate for the service provided and Special Events is $60.90 per operating hour. Based upon staff’s evaluation of the proposal, I hereby respectfully recommend the Village Council adopt the attached resolution awarding the contract for the Village of Pinecrest Circulator Bus Services to Limousines of South Florida, Inc.
