RESOLUTION NO. 2023- A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, PERMITTING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT A PARTY TO BE HELD ON MARCH 9, 2024 AT PINECREST GARDENS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION 2002-4; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That alcoholic beverages shall be permitted for a party to be held on March 9, 2024, at Pinecrest Gardens, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution 2002-4. Section 2. If approved this will be our third alcohol party date for 2024. We are respectfully requesting Council approval for a wedding on Saturday, March 9th, 2024. The event will commence at 2:00 p.m. Activities will take place in the Hammock Pavilion and Cypress Hall. The Fronrath and Schechinger wedding party is formally requesting a waiver to be able to serve alcoholic beverages during the reception following the Ceremony and at dinner. Specially, the event would take place between the hours of 2 to 8pm starting with a small ceremony in the Garden’s Hammock Pavilion and finishing with a small reception in the Garden’s Cypress Hall.
