RESOLUTION NO. 2026- A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE AUDITOR’S ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT FOR 2024-2025; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Caballero Fierman Llerena + Garcia LLP, the Village’s auditor, and the Finance Department have prepared the Village’s 2024-2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report; and WHEREAS, the 2024-2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report has been submitted to the Village Council;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the 2024-2025 Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, as prepared by Caballero Fierman Llerena + Garcia LLP and the Finance Department, is hereby accepted. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of March, 2026. Joseph M.
