Please know that all occupied Buildings at Miami Palmetto SHS have been substantially completed since our last quarterly update. Currently, the GC is addressing punch items. All remaining punch items, miscellaneous site related scope and minor roofing and restoration scope to be completed at the FPL Vault and Electrical Room Building are expected to be completed by March 2023. Again, these are non-occupied student spaces and there are no photographs to be highlighted. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you, Marilyn Z.
