WHEREAS,Nicole Tobias began her career with the Village on the 16th day of May, 2016, with the Public Works Department, where she quickly demonstrated professionalism and a strong commitment to service; and Whereas, through her dedication and consistent performance, Nicole Tobias advanced within the organization and, in 2022, was promoted to the position of Assistant Village Clerk; and Whereas, despite challenges, Nicole Tobias has remained a steady and positive presence within the organization, always approaching her responsibilities with grace and a genuine willingness to assist others; and Whereas, Nicole Tobias has been actively involved in Village initiatives, contributing her time and energy to the Safety Committee, Relay for Life, and numerous community programs that enhance employee engagement; and Whereas, Nicole Tobias performs her duties at an exemplary level, demonstrating an extraordinary commitment to public service through her teamwork, dedication, and commitment to excellence, consistently supporting her colleagues and the Pinecrest community; and Whereas, Nicole Tobias consistently exceeds work demands and goes above and beyond in her commitment to the Village and its residents;
Now, therefore, I, Joseph M. Corradino, Mayor of the Village of Pinecrest, Florida, on behalf of the Village Council and its citizens, do hereby proclaim October 22, 2025 as Nicole Tobias Day In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Village Clerk to affix the Seal of the Village of Pinecrest, Florida this 22th day of October, 2025 and do hereby encourage all citizens of the Village of Pinecrest to join me in expressing gratitude to Nicole Tobias for her service and dedication to the Village of Pinecrest. _______________ Joseph M. Corradino Mayor Whereas, Daniel Enekes has been a long-time resident of the Village of Pinecrest, demonstrating continuous commitment to the well-being, character, and progress of the community; and Whereas, Daniel Enekes has faithfully served as a member of the Pinecrest Zoning Board since 2021, contributing his time, expertise, and thoughtful judgment to matters affecting the Village’s development and quality of life; and Whereas, Daniel Enekes has been selected to serve as Chair of the Zoning Board for the year 2025, reflecting the trust and confidence placed in him by his colleagues and the broader community; and Whereas, through his dedicated service, leadership, and collaborative spirit, Daniel Enekes has made a meaningful and lasting impact on the Village of Pinecrest, helping to guide responsible growth and preserve the character of the community; and Whereas, the Village wishes to recognize and express gratitude for Daniel Enekes’s exemplary public service and continued contributions to the betterment of Pinecrest;
Now, therefore, I, Joseph M. Corradino Mayor Whereas, Esther Cabrera began her career with the Village of Pinecrest on the 8th day of May, 2011; Whereas, Esther Cabrera serves as Supervisor of the Building and Planning Department’s Code Enforcement Team; and Whereas, Esther Cabrera has been responsible for numerous positive improvements in the Village’s Code Enforcement function, including procedures for the registration and administration of Local Business Tax Receipts, Landscaping Professionals, and Vacation Rental Properties; and Whereas, Esther Cabrera does not hesitate to proactively volunteer for various assignments and is able to quickly identify efficient and effective solutions to emerging code enforcement issues and related matters as they arise; and Whereas, Esther Cabrera is recognized as a model Code Enforcement Supervisor who continuously sets a positive example for all other officers and staff in the Department; and Whereas, Esther Cabrera performs her duties at an exemplary level, demonstrating an extraordinary commitment to public service to the Pinecrest community, consistently exceeding work demands and going above and beyond in her dedication to the Village and its residents;
