Accept $5,000 memorial donation for ceramic art bench

RESOLUTION NO. 2023- A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A MEMORIAL DONATION FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY OF SUSY FOX FOR A CERAMIC ART BENCH AT PINECREST GARDENS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION 2016-36; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Village Council hereby accepts a memorial donation from friends and family of Susy Fox, in the amount of $5,000, for a ceramic art bench, pursuant to Resolution 2016-36. Section 2. The friends and family have raised $5,000 to sponsor a bench at Pinecrest Gardens. They wish to make this donation to Pinecrest Gardens in her honor. The Gardens staff has identified an available, existing bench that would be replaced and dedicated for this purpose.
