RESOLUTION NO. 2023- A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, RATIFYING THE VILLAGE MANAGER’S EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 11855 SW 60 AVE AND APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Village Council hereby ratifies the Village Manager’s execution of a Contract for Sale and Purchase of the property located at 11855 SW 60 AVE (f/n/a the Mas Property) and hereby approves the purchase of the property. The Village Manager is directed to take any and all necessary actions to proceed with a closing on the property subject to the terms of the attached contract. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 2023. Joseph M.
