RESOLUTION NO. 2022- A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE USE OF FORFEITURE FUNDS FROM THE LAW ENFORCEMENT TRUST FUND; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Village Manager is hereby authorized to expend monies from the Law Enforcement Trust Fund for the following: • Level 4 Ballistic Shields (4) - $5,420 Section 2.
