Consider $100,000 donation to Miami Palmetto football program

Panthers Touchdown Club, Inc. Saturday, May 3, 2025 Dear member of the Miami Palmetto Panther community, At Miami Palmetto Senior High, we are continuing the tradition of excellence in football. Over the past 10 years the Panthers have compiled a record of 78-31 and earned 11 of the 13 total playoff wins in the school’s 67 year history. We have been a leader in concussion reduction protocols and in the past 5 years have had a combined total of over 200 Division I scholarship offers from colleges and universities in Power 4 conferences, have had 32 players selected 1st Team All-Dade, 8 selected 1st Team All-State, and 7 selected for All-American recognition. We captured the 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 District championship titles and the 2020 Region 4-8A title, the first in the school’s 67-year history. The 2020 team played in the school’s first-ever State Semi-final game. However, my goal for a successful football program goes far beyond winning and losing games. I strive to prepare our young men to be successful not only on the field, but also off the field in the classroom and community. We consistently monitor grades and classroom performance, provide tutoring when needed and participate in regular community service projects. Additionally, we have partnered with AIM, a leadership and character development program that helps “students make healthy lifestyle choices, manage daily stressors and cultivate practical skills that help them accomplish their personal, academic and professional goals.” We are currently raising $100,000 to achieve these goals and help our student-athletes be successful. Fundraising efforts help provide pregame meals, update uniforms, improve training equipment, provide SAT/ACT tutoring for players, allow the coaching staff to refine knowledge at national coaching conventions and take our young men to camps and on college visits, among many other items. Community support is vital to the morale and success of the program and we truly cannot do it without the backing of individuals and businesses like you. We are proud of the Panther community, and would like to offer you the opportunity to be part of the reason our program is so successful.
