Authorize Metro Express contract for road milling and resurfacing

RESOLUTION NO. 2023- A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH METRO EXPRESS FOR MILLING AND RESURFACING; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Village Manager wishes to enter into a contract with Metro Express for milling and resurfacing;

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Village Council hereby authorizes the Village Manager to enter into an agreement with Metro Express for milling and resurfacing of SW 96th Street from 72nd Avenue to the west terminus of SW 96th Street.
