RESOLUTION NO. 2023-__ A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, PERMITTING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT A PARTY TO BE HELD ON JANUARY 13, 2024 AT PINECREST GARDENS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION 2002-4; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That alcoholic beverages shall be permitted for a party to be held on January 13, 2024, at Pinecrest Gardens, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution 2002-4. Section 2. If approved this will be our fourth alcohol party date for 2024. We are respectfully requesting Council approval for a wedding on Saturday, January 13th, 2024. The event will commence at 5:00 p.m. Activities will take place in the Hammock Pavilion and Lakeview Terrace. The Martin and Dominicis wedding party is formally requesting a waiver to be able to serve alcoholic beverages during the reception and dinner following the Ceremony.
