Authorize Metro Express contract for fire access road construction

RESOLUTION NO. 2023- A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH METRO EXPRESS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE ACCESS ROAD FROM THE PUBLIC WORKS YARD TO THE COMMUNITY CENTER FIELD; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Village Manager wishes to enter into a contract with Metro Express for milling and resurfacing;

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Village Council hereby authorizes the Village Manager to enter into an agreement with Metro Express for Constructing a Fire Access Road for Pinecrest Gardens from the Public Works Yard to the Community Center Field.
