Authorize $12,690 agreement with Signs for You for interpretive signs

RESOLUTION NO. 2026- A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH SIGNS FOR YOU INC. FOR INTERPRETIVE SIGNS AT PINECREST GARDENS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Signs for You Inc. is the sole vendor of interpretive signs; and WHEREAS, the Village Manager wishes to enter into an agreement with Signs for You Inc. for interpretive signs at Pinecrest Gardens;

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Village Council hereby authorizes the Village Manager to enter into the attached agreement with Signs for You Inc. for interpretive signs at Pinecrest Gardens, in amount not to exceed $12,690. The recommended vendor previously produced and installed the existing interpretive signage in the Upper Gardens. Utilizing the same company will ensure continuity in design, materials, fabrication methods, and construction standards, preserving aesthetic and structural consistency throughout the Gardens and maintaining a cohesive visitor experience. This project is already budgeted and supported by matching grant funding.
