Award restroom renovation contract to Vittorium Design for $327,000

RESOLUTION NO. 2025- A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AWARDING A BID TO VITTORIUM DESIGN FOR THE PINECREST GARDENS BANYAN BOWL RESTROOMS RENOVATION PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Village issued an Invitation to Bid for the “Pinecrest Gardens Banyan Bowl Restroom Renovation” project; and WHEREAS, sealed proposals were received by the published deadline; and WHEREAS, Vittorium Design submitted the most responsive proposal;

NOW, THEREFORE,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Village Council hereby determines that Vittorium Design has submitted the most responsive bid and hereby authorizes the Village Manager to enter into an agreement with said firm for the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, superintendence, and services necessary for the completion of the project as detailed in the Pinecrest Gardens Banyan Bowl Restroom Renovation Project Invitation to Bid packet in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. The project includes demolition, construction, installation and renovation of doors, Wall and Floor Tile Installations, Concrete Slab Repairs, Electrical, Plumbing and Mechanical work. As a result of the ITB, the following nine (9) bids were received by the deadline July 3, 2025: Hycon Investments $193,823.00 Gemstone Builders $159,650.00 Tower Contracting $182,000.00 Vittorium Design $150,000.00 Green Engineering and Construction $239,768.85 FSV Construction Company $217,109.00 Lunacon $327,000.00 Alta Quality Builders $184,264.00 Waypoint Contracting $193,500.00 Based upon staff’s evaluation of the proposals, I hereby respectfully recommend the Village Council adopt the attached resolution awarding the contract for the Pinecrest Gardens Banyan Bowl Restroom Renovation project to the lowest Bidder, Vittorium Design, in the amount of $150,000.00.
