Proclaim recognition of Miami Palmetto Senior High School blood drives

j{xÜxtá? blood cannot be manufactured outside the body and has a limited shelf life, thus requiring constant replenishment by generous blood donors; and j{xÜxtá? only about 3% of the eligible U.S. population donates blood each year; and j{xÜxtá? repeat donors account for 74% of annual blood donations; and j{xÜxtá? for more than 22 years Miami Palmetto Senior High School has hosted blood drives, bringing in over 11,000 units into the system; and j{xÜxtá?
