Permit alcoholic beverages at Pinecrest Gardens event on January 14, 2024

RESOLUTION NO. 2023-__ A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, PERMITTING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT A PARTY TO BE HELD ON JANUARY 14, 2024 AT PINECREST GARDENS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION 2002-4; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That alcoholic beverages shall be permitted for a party to be held on January 14, 2024, at Pinecrest Gardens, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution 2002-4. Section 2. If approved this will be our first alcohol party date for 2024. We are respectfully requesting Council approval for a wedding on Sunday, January 14th, 2024. The event will commence at 4:00 p.m. Activities will take place in the Hammock Pavilion, Pergola & Lakeview Terrace, and Patio. The Rowan and Lehman wedding party is formally requesting a waiver to be able to serve alcoholic beverages during the reception following the Ceremony and at dinner. Camila Quinces The following is a formal request for an evening outdoor party approval. If approved this will be our second alcohol party date for 2024. We are respectfully requesting Council approval for a birthday celebration on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024. The event will commence at 6:00 p.m. Activities will take place in the Pergola & Lakeview Terrace. The Umana family is formally requesting a waiver to be able to serve alcoholic beverages during the event. It would be a stunning spot for their small celebration. Specifically, events would take place between the hours of 4 and 11 in the Hammock Pavilion, Pergola & Lakeview Terrace, and Patio. We will be respectful of the rules, the neighbors, the venue, and the staff. Nicole and Elis have been very helpful already.
