Authorize $10,000 communications staff augmentation services agreement

RESOLUTION NO. 2023- A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH PINZUR COMMUNICATION, INC. FOR SERVICES TO AUGMENT COMMUNICATIONS STAFF; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Village Council hereby authorizes the Village Manager to enter into the attached agreement with Pinzur Communications, Inc. for services to augment communications staff. Section 2. The independent contractor will augment the communications division as needed. The flat rate is $10,000 per month. I hereby respectfully recommend the Village Council adopt the attached resolution authorizing the Village Manager to enter into an agreement with Pinzur Communication, Inc.
