RESOLUTION NO. 2023- A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE ATTORNEY’S OFFICE FOR PROSECUTION OF CERTAIN CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Village Manager is hereby authorized to enter into the attached agreement with the Office of the State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida to reimburse the State of Florida for costs associated with the prosecution of certain criminal violations of the Pinecrest Code of Ordinances. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of November, 2023. Joseph M.
