Permit alcoholic beverages at Pinecrest Gardens party on July 22, 2023

RESOLUTION NO. 2022- A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, PERMITTING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT A PARTY TO BE HELD ON JULY 22, 2023 AT PINECREST GARDENS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION 2002-4; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF PINECREST, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That alcoholic beverages shall be permitted for event, to be held on July 22, 2023, at Pinecrest Gardens, pursuant to the provisions of Resolution 2002-4. Section 2. In May, the wedding between Vanessa De Jesus & Brandon Neil cancelled. Yesterday, we received a new booking for an evening wedding requesting an alcohol waiver for July 22nd of 2023. The wedding party is Melissa Betancourt & Jonathan Sanchez. We are respectfully requesting the date change for our fourth and final evening wedding in 2023. Dear Village Council, The purpose of this correspondence is to request a waiver to host our wedding on the evening of July 22nd of 2023. The beautiful Pinecrest Gardens. Specially, the event would take place between the hours of 5pm-11pm the Garden’s patio and Cyprus hall. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions.
