Yet another social media platform is in the crosshairs of Attorney General James Uthmeier .
Uthmeier has filed a civil lawsuit against TikTok in Florida’s 19th Judicial Circuit in St. Lucie County. Uthmeier said he is seeking monetary damages against the social media giant, accusing the company of targeting and hurting children in Florida.
