A new Republican candidate has qualified to challenge Rep. Randy Maggard , setting up a GOP Primary for House District 54.
Michael Pultorak qualified Friday after filing earlier this week, joining Maggard on the Republican ballot. Maggard qualified Monday for his re-election bid.
