Former House Speaker Ralph H. Haben, Jr. , a distinguished attorney, statesman, and devoted family man, passed away peacefully in hospice care, surrounded by those who loved him. Born on November 25, 1941, in Atlanta, Georgia, Ralph left an indelible mark on the State of Florida through decades of public service, legal excellence, and unwavering civic dedication.
