Miami snags top-tier 2027 safety away from in-state rival
The Hurricanes 2027 class got a huge boost as Miami got a talented player for their secondary.
The Miami Hurricanes were once well known for their ball-hawking secondary, and the program is looking to maintain that reputation well into the future. Miami received a commitment from 2027 four-star safety Andre Hyppolite, who hails from South Florida.
It seemed like a given that Hyppolite would play his college ball in the Sunshine State; it was just a question of where. Florida was also reportedly hot on Hyppolite's trail.
