Bobby Williams of Winter Haven has been campaigning furiously in hopes of breaking from a field of 15 Republican candidates for Florida governor.
ELOISE — A pair of nondescript buildings, painted utilitarian gray, sit along a narrow, dead-end road in the flyspeck community of Eloise.
It is not the location one might expect for the headquarters of a gubernatorial campaign. But Bobby Williams, a Polk County native and a Republican candidate for Florida governor, sees strength in what others might regard as campaign weaknesses.
