State offices to be closed from July 2-7 for Fourth of July holiday
The extra days off are to mark the nation’s 250th anniversary.
SARASOTA, Fla. ( WWSB ) - State workers will get an extended Independence Day holiday weekend.
Gov. Ron DeSantis announced that state offices will be closed starting Thursday, July 2 and reopen Tuesday, July 7 to mark the nation’s 250th anniversary.
