The primary concern of capitalists has always been the emergence of a unified working class that struggles to receive the material value of their labor against a parasitic ruling class.

The U.S. Constitution was written by men of property, including human property, to deny democratic representation of the working class: through a limited franchise, a tripartite federal system, a two-party system funded and managed by capitalists, and state-based governments dominated by one capitalist party or the other.
