Tallahassee police ramp up response to shooting surge
In the wake of a rash of gun violence, the Tallahassee Police Department says it will dedicate resources to crack down on these incidents.
In the span of a month, "Tallahassee has experienced nine separate shootings resulting in 13 people injured and three homicides. Many of these incidents have occurred in or around locations where large crowds had gathered," a press release from TPD says.
