Northwest Miami-Dade Fight Ends With Man Run Down And Airlifted
A man was airlifted Saturday after deputies say he was struck by a vehicle during a dispute on NW 192nd Lane; another man was taken into custody.
A neighborhood dispute in northwest Miami-Dade turned violent Saturday evening when a man was struck by a vehicle and had to be airlifted to the hospital, according to deputies.
Deputies with the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office were called to the 5400 block of Northwest 192nd Lane around 5:50 p.m., where they found a man with a major laceration to his leg, Local 10 reported. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue flew him by helicopter to a nearby hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. Another man was taken into custody at the scene as investigators worked to sort out how the confrontation escalated.
