A new report by the Federations for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) ( www.fairus.org ) says the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are ramping up their efforts going after immigration lawyers who are intentionally misrepresenting the facts for their clients when it comes to asylum claims.
DHS says they are developing “anti-fraud policies” to combat document fraud.
