Cole Johnson , the creative mind behind the specialty cocktail menu at three Disney Springs restaurants, gave his secret on how to create the perfect Pride Month cocktail.
“We want to have color. We want it to be fun. But we want the drinks to do the speaking,” said Johnson, the Beverage Manager for Patina Group’s Disney Springs restaurants. “We wanted it to be a classy set of cocktails that could stand on their own merit and then also support a good cause.”
