Gov. Ron DeSantis has signed two bills that will let Hillsborough County voters decide whether to reshape county government and how the local school district chooses its Superintendent.
The measures, sponsored by Apollo Beach Republican Rep. Michael Owen , are headed to the November 2026 ballot after the Governor’s signature Monday.
