The Coral Gables Planning and Zoning Board will consider rezoning plans for a mixed-use project named Crystal Residences on June 17 th . If approved, developer Fifield Cos. would be one step closer to realizing its 226,193-square-foot project. Its application is requesting that the 1.47-acre site be rezoned from “special use district and religious/institutional” to “mixed use/commercial mid-rise intensity.”
Crystal Residences would measure nine stories above grade and feature 184 residences, as well as 16 live-work units. …
